Metrici, partner at UNTOLD festival for the second time
For the second year in a row, Metrici teams up with one of the biggest music festivals in Europe and became a partner and will provide software solutions for Untold festival. Metrici video analytics capabilities are to be used to count people entering and joining the festival.
Metrici is Romanian leader in object recognition using deep neuronal networks, offering solutions which range from license plate recognition, container code recognition, QR code, to custom applications for industrial applications with more than 10 recognition engines and software modules on same platform.
Metrici, in partnership with Konica Minolta Romania became partners for this year music festival, after the success from 2021, when Metrici Thermal Analyzer was also used to measure people’s temperature when entering the festival in the context of world pandemic.
Metrici will be present at the event to monitor entrances during the 4 days with surveillance and video analysis.
Metrici Line Counter detection engine and Interface will be used for counting people in and out the festival. Besides counting, Metrici will show all data on a Metrici LED Display .
Metrici is romanian leader on the video analysis solutions and AI based software, with clients worldwide. Lately the company also managed to offer tailored applications for industrial use, in production, transport, utilities or constructions.
Untold Festival is the largest electronic music festival held in Romania, taking place in Cluj-Napoca. It is held annually and has been designated Best Major Festival in the European Festival Awards 2015.

About Line Counter
Metrici Line Counter is the software solutions for video analysis, where the AI “sees” how many objects transited a virtual gate area in a time interval, while Metrici Area Counter tells you how many objects are or were in an area at a certain time. .
Based on the latest Deep Learning algorithms, video analysis Metrici engines reliably detect persons, vehicles or any other object in a video stream and extracts their trajectories.
